I bought a marble pack. How do I get it on another device?
Packs belong to your Apple Account. On the other device open Store (or Account) and tap Restore purchases.
The Store says it isn't available
Check that you're online, then tap Try again. Purchases also need Screen Time to allow in-app purchases. On a child's account, Ask to Buy sends the request to a parent.
What's the grown-up question?
Before a purchase, the game asks a multiplication question written in words, so younger players can't buy by accident.
How do my songs and stars get to my other devices?
Through iCloud: sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on both devices. Songs, stars and your chosen marble follow you.
Game Center
Sign in from the Account screen to see the total-stars leaderboard and an achievement for every world you finish. It's optional.
When do the holiday worlds appear?
Each holiday world, with its songs, background, icon and reward marble, opens during its holiday and closes afterwards: Valentine's Day (Feb 1–14), St. Patrick's Day (Mar 1–17), Easter (the two weeks before Easter Sunday through Easter Monday), Halloween (Oct 1–31), Día de los Muertos (Nov 1–7), Thanksgiving (Nov 8 to the day after Thanksgiving), Christmas (Dec 1–30) and New Year's Eve (Dec 31 – Jan 6). The app icon changes with the holiday too.
How do I delete my data?
Delete songs in the game, or delete the app. To remove the iCloud copy, go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud. We don't hold any of your data.
